Boris Johnson has vowed to "keep going" as Prime Minister after the Conservative Party suffered two crushing by-election defeats that have plunged his leadership into a fresh crisis.

The Prime Minister, who is currently in Rwanda attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, said he will "listen" to voters after the Tories lost Tiverton and Honiton to the Liberal Democrats and Wakefield to Labour.
