The US has delivered its response to Moscow in the simmering Russia-Ukraine crisis.

'The ball is in Russia's court', said Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters.

Russia is calling on NATO to halt its expansion in eastern Europe and has deployed 100,000 troops on the Russia-Ukraine border.
