Barack Obama hits out at China and Russia over non-appearance at Cop26

Former US President Barack Obama addressed the UN climate change summit on Monday giving a stark warning: "We are nowhere near where we need to be yet."

Mr Obama continued his speech discussing changes made during President Donald Trump's time in office and the non-attendance from Russia and China.
