Terrror risk to MPs now deemed 'substantial', the Home Secretary has told the commons

Home Secretary Priti Patel has told MPs that the threat level for Members of Parliament has been raised to substantial, following the killing of Sir David Amess.

It follows an independent review by Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre on the risk facing MPs across the country.
