French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson met Sunday on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Rome amid an escalating dispute over post-Brexit fishing rights in the English Channel, with French media reporting that Macron told his UK counterpart to "respect" the rules.
