Fishing boat seized by French authorities spotted in Le Havre

The British only "understand the language of force", France’s Europe minister has said following the seizure by French authorities of a British fishing boat.
Clement Beaune promised to take a zero tolerance approach against Britain in the escalating dispute over post-Brexit fishing rights.
"We need to speak the language of force as I’m afraid it is the only thing this British government will understand," Mr Beaune said. "We will show no tolerance, no indulgence."
The vessel’s owner has claimed that the boat is being used as a “pawn” in the row.
