An excerpt from Queen Elizabeth II’s message to world leaders at COP26 is broadcast on the famous advertising screen at Piccadilly Circus in London. Early morning commuters can read the quote, where the Queen states “the time for words has now moved to the time for action”. Queen Elizabeth has not attended the summit in Glasgow on advice from her doctors. She was instead represented by Prince Charles, who spoke impassionately to world leaders on Monday.
