Million in the US East Coast impacted by mid-fall nor’easter

After a series of summer storms, the U.S. north-east is now impacted by a massive nor'easter that has brought heavy rain and strong winds.

Parts of New York could pick up months-worth of rain and in some cases exceeding 250 millimetres by Wednesday morning.
