Senegal opposition leader leads supporters to Dakar ahead of rape trial verdict • FRANCE 24

Senegal's main opposition leader Ousmane Sonko continues to deny accusations of rape made against him as he heads to Dakar. Last week the state prosecutor called for a 10-year prison sentence for Sonko, which, according to Sonko and his supporters, is an attempt to sideline him from running in the 2024 presidential election. FRANCE 24's correspondent Sam Bradpiece reports from Dakar.
