Rwanda backtracks over Kagame comments on expelling refugees • FRANCE 24 English

A Rwandan government spokesperson has said comments made by President Paul Kagame before parliament in which he said the country could not no longer welcome Congolese refugees were misrepresented by the media and that Rwanda will continue to accept arrivals from DR Congo.
