As the NHS grapples with increasing winter pressure, the Archbishop of Canterbury has told Sky News he's disappointed in politicians for failing to resolve issues facing the social care sector. 

The archbishop said he believes the rate of tax all individuals pay must be increased to cover rising costs in the social care sector.
