NBA champions, the Golden State Warriors, visited the White House on Tuesday following their fourth NBA win in eight seasons.

U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris welcomed the team and its coaches, and shared some remarks about their victory.

"As a very proud daughter of Oakland, California, it gives me immense personal pride as the vice-president of the United States to say: Dub nation is in the house!" said Harris.

Plus, Golden State Warriors basketball player Stephen Curry and the team's head coach Steve Kerr spoke at the White House press briefing.

They spoke about their gratitude for being able to chase their dreams in America, as well as the hard work the Biden administration did to get athlete Brittney Griner home from Russia after being detained.

"A great opportunity for us from the basketball community to thank President Biden and his staff for all their hard work and diligence on getting Brittney Griner home," Curry said.
