German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is greeted by Kenya's President William Ruto for the second leg of his African tour. Scholz is seeking clean energy partnerships after his government was forced to wean itself off Russian energy imports following Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. In Kenya 90 percent of power needs are covered by renewables.
