Sanna Marin says 'democracy has spoken' as she concedes defeat in Finland election

The right-wing National Coalition party (NCP) won 20.8% of the vote, with the populist, nationalist Finns party scored 20.1%. Marin’s SDP took 19.9% of the vote. With no party in a position to form government alone, the NCP will lead negotiations to form a coalition.
