The French parliament is debating on Tuesday a bill to list the Russian group Wagner as a terrorist organisation. The law is aimed in particular at abuses against the civilian population in Ukraine, but also in Syria, the Central African Republic and Mali. FRANCE 24's Wassim Nasr tells us more.
