Young Congolese woman makes FIFA referees' list

Rachel Zihindula has been elevated to the rank of international referee by FIFA. She can now officiate at the international level. The 24-year-old comes from Goma in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, a region that has been at war for almost 30 years.
