Democrats & Republicans hang onto hopes of narrow wins • FRANCE 24 English

The Republicans do still look set to win the House of Representatives. Many races there are still close to call, but for now, it looks like the Republicans have 199 seats for 172 for the Democrats. That means the GOP will most likely be in position to block much of President Joe Biden's agenda for the last two years of his term from the house. FRANCE 24's International Affairs Editor Angela Diffley tells us what these results mean for both Joe Biden and Donald Trump?
