South Korea Halloween stampede: Govt promises answers as official investigation begins • FRANCE 24

South Korea has begun six days of national mourning after a crowd crush in Seoul left 154 people dead over the weekend. We know that Seoul police sent around 200 officers to Itaewon on Saturday evening for that Halloween weekend but they were mostly dispatched to deal with theft, sex crimes and drugs, not necessarily to do crowd control. FRANCE 24's correspondent in Seoul, Yena Lee tells us more.
