The President of Ireland Michael D Higgins spoke after the funeral of five-year-old Shauna Flanagan Garwe and her father Robert, who were killed in the Creeslough service station explosion.

The deadly blast ripped through a village service station and shop, as well as nearby buildings, in County Donegal on 7 October.

Shauna was the youngest of the 10 victims of the tragedy.
