The Communist Party of China (CPC) unveiled its blueprint for building China into a great holistic modern socialist country in the next five years, and beyond, as the 20th CPC National Congress opened. In an exclusive interview with CGTN's Tian Wei, Munir Akram, the chair of G77 plus China and Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the UN, said the CPC has done wonders with the nation's governance. He called lifting 700 million people out of poverty a miracle. It is an unprecedented achievement and stands as an example for any nation to follow, Akram said.
