A 20-foot segment of the Space Shuttle Challenger has been found on the Atlantic Ocean floor nearly 37 years after it exploded on takeoff. NASA has confirmed the discovery by a History Channel documentary crew off the coast of Florida – the first major wreckage from the 1986 shuttle uncovered in more than 25 years. Two fragments from the left wing had washed ashore in 1996.
