Mark Kelly's victory over the Trump-endorsed candidate Blake Masters means the Democrats have 49 Senate seat and the Republicans have 49 seats. There are two more states that will determine control over the Senate - Arizona and Georgia. We might have to wait until mid-December to see who controls the Senate
