Nearly two weeks after the signing of a cease-fire between the Tigray people's liberation front and the federal government of Ethiopia, the population is still waiting for the promised humanitarian aid. This is a vital emergency, as the Tigrayans have been severely affected by the conflict and the resulting food shortages. While waiting to be able to go there, international organisations are getting organised. FRANCE 24's correspondent Vivianne Wandera reports from Nairobi.
