Twenty years ago, Shai Shamoos became the first restaurant in Doha started by a woman - a feat that ran against the prevailing norms of that time. The eatery has flourished and counts footballer David Beckham among its customers. Now it is offering World Cup visitors a taste of Qatar's culinary traditions.
