Keir Starmer on what constitutes being a woman and JK Rowling's trans views

Sir Keir Starmer insists he will not disparage anyone who identifies as Transgender, and wants the discussion to become 'less toxic'.
He also believes that the priorities are not the toilets that they use, but rather access to the healthcare they need, which he pledges will come with better funding for the NHS.
When asked if he 'felt sorry' for J.K Rowling's stance on the issue, Keir Starmer said he respected her position.
