Russian FM: Moscow will no longer rely on Western partners for energy policies
Guardian, 04 Mar 2023
Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov has said Moscow would no longer rely on partners in the west for its energy trade.
The G20 audience appeared to laugh, after Lavrov made remarks in New Delhi.
He said: The war, which we are trying to stop, was launched against us using the Ukraine."
Lavrov also added: "We would not allow them to blow the pipelines again."
The United Nations is investigating last September’s sabotage of the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines from Russia to Western Europe.
