About two years ago, HSBC employee and long-time volunteer Joyce Chong started working with Hong Kong charity Food Angel. She quickly found herself in awe of how its dedicated team was able to turn surplus food into thousands of nutritious meals for people in need, all done within hours at a small facility. Since then, she has offered her help to the charity on a regular basis. To her, the hot meals produced by the volunteers not only feed the needy, but also answer the need for human connection, especially during trying times. Hear her story.
