Norfolk Southern Chief Executive Alan Shaw is expected to testify before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee over the Feb. 3 Ohio train derailment in eastern Ohio, that caused freight cars carrying toxic vinyl chloride and other hazardous chemicals to spill and catch fire.
