Silicon Valley Bank failure embroils wobbly tech startups

The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation closed down Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) on Friday and appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver. SVB's sudden failure has embroiled several financially-unstable tech startups.
