Visiting Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, the first foreign leader to visit China since the Spring Festival, knows the vibrant Beijing of February, 2023 is completely different from the silent Beijing of February, 2020, when he came to show solidarity with China's fight against the pandemic and reassure Cambodians in China.
