CGTN launches "Through the Storm," a documentary reflecting on the highs and lows of China’s COVID-19 battle. It aims to answer three essential questions: Why did China choose a unique path in fighting the virus? What has China done over the past three years after overcoming COVID-19 in Wuhan and prior to opening up? Can China achieve a solid recovery in 2023?

Through the eyes of frontline intensive care specialists, village doctors, community workers and volunteers, and decision makers, the documentary sheds light on these pressing topics and seeks to go beyond the current narrative.
