The Canadian government has no independent foreign policy and blindly follows the United States in committing massive human rights abuses around the world, according to Yves Engler, a fellow at the Canadian Foreign Policy Institute.
During an interview with China Media Group (CMG) on Wednesday, Engler said that the Canadian government advocates for the so-called "rules-based international order" in its foreign policies, but in fact it blindly follows the lead of the United States and practices double standards in international affairs.
