Millions of dead fish clog up Australian river near remote town

Al Jazeera, 19 Mar 2023
Australia's New South Wales is dealing with its largest number of fish deaths on record.
Authorities say ‘millions’ of fish died in the Darling River near the small town of Menindee, about 1,000km (620 miles) west of Sydney, in New South Wales.
Government officials say an ongoing heatwave and receding flood waters are partly to blame.

Al Jazeera's Laura Khan reports.
