After the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower was on strike this Tuesday. The number of picketers down. Sanitation workers "suspending for now" their garbage strike in Paris. The government's offering dialogue with the unions but not over its plan to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64. FRANCE 24's Antonia Kerrigan gives us the latest.
