Draftees called up to fight for Russia against Ukraine have spoken about the harsh conditions they are faced with in call-up centres across the country.

There have been reports of those protesting the drafts being raped by police following their arrests.

Footage has shown basic rooms, some without any beds, that the men are made to live in.
