ICC collects evidence about potential war crimes • FRANCE 24 English

The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor on Wednesday 2 March announced an "active" investigation into possible war crimes in Ukraine, after his office received the backing of 39 countries. "Collecting evidence is not an easy task," says international criminal lawyer William Julie, who spoke with FRANCE 24 in more detail about the ongoing probe. Watch the full interview here:
