The US Secretary of State said Russia is preparing an invasion "in the coming days" and that there's no evidence it is pulling out any forces, as has been claimed.

Antony Blinken also reiterated concerns that Russia is formulating a "manufactured provocation" that it will blame on Ukraine to give it a reason to invade.
