The EU supports the latest attempt to arrange further talks between Washington and Moscow, the bloc's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said ahead of a council meeting of EU foreign ministers. This comes after France announced that U.S. President Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had agreed in principle to a summit over the ongoing Ukraine crisis.
