The Labour leader has asked Boris Johnson why the Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, has not been included in current Russia sanctions in relation to the invasion of Ukraine.

The prime minister replied that it would not be appropriate for the government to discuss individual cases, but that a full list of people associated with the Putin regime would be published.
