Sarah Jones MP tells Sky News the "wider issue of policing culture" needs addressing in the wake of the resignation of former Met Police Commissioner Dame Cressida Dick.

The shadow minister for policing says Labour wants to see a "big programme of reform" after Dame Cressida faced a series of scandals during her time leading Britain's biggest police force - most recently concerning racist, misogynist and homophobic messages exchanged by officers.
