Boris Johnson says extra weapons to be sent to Ukraine as Starmer calls for more Russia sanctions

Boris Johnson announced extra defensive weapons are being sent to Ukraine as he said further sanctions are in reserve for what could be a "protracted struggle".
A number of Conservative and Labour MPs have urged Mr Johnson to toughen the penalties already announced, which affect five banks and three individual oligarchs.
"Let the House be in no doubt about the extent of the package that was announced yesterday, because I don't think people quite realise that we're out in front already," Mr Johnson told MPs.
