Russia reacts to NATO and West endless provocation

The Hub with Wang Guan talks to Helga Zepp-LaRouche, president and founder of the Schiller Institute, to discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict, saying that NATO's eastward expansion and Western political interference in Ukraine made Russia's military operation predictable. Zepp-Larouche says NATO must be replaced by a security architecture based on the Westphalian Principle to avert catastrophic decisions that may lead to total annihilation.
