While China’s hardline policies to fight the spread of the coronavirus have helped the country keep pandemic at bay, the latest round of lockdowns has had a visible effect on the streets of Shanghai. SCMP Video Producer Thomas Yau was one of the many residents caught up in a local lockdown that was extended from 2 days to 6.
