Biden calls for 'brutal' Putin to face war crimes trial over Bucha deaths

Joe Biden has called for Vladimir Putin to be tried for war crimes and said he would seek more sanctions after reported atrocities in Ukraine, as a global outcry mounted over civilian killings in the town of Bucha. Biden described the Russian president as 'brutal' and added 'what's happening in Bucha is outrageous'
