Radiation at Chernobyl ‘quite normal,' IAEA nuclear chief says

U.N. nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi will lead a mission to Chernobyl as soon as possible, after Ukraine said Russian troops had left the radioactive waste facilities there, though some soldiers remained nearby.
