Sky's Alex Crawford reported yesterday on how some Afghans are selling their kidneys just to survive (watch the report here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc7Tsgr-91k).

We showed that report to one Afghan who worked in Kabul for the British government.

The story highlights the debate over whether western governments should ease sanctions on Afghanistan - sanctions that some argue are forcing the very people in Crawford's report to sell their kidneys.
