Norway takes lead in talks with Taliban as Afghanistan faces hunger crisis

In Afghanistan, almost 23 million people are currently at risk of starvation.

But Norway is taking a lead in speaking with Taliban leaders to find ways to discovering common ground so more aid can get to those who need it most.
