April 18 marks the two-year anniversary of the worst mass shooting in modern Canadian history that unfolded in Nova Scotia.

Over the course of 13 hours on April 18 and 19, a gunman disguised as a Mountie murdered 22 people, including a pregnant woman, during a rampage across northern and central Nova Scotia. The shooting ended at a gas station where two officers went to refuel at the same place where the killer had stopped.

As Global's Graeme Benjamin reports, even as the public inquiry into how it happened continues, the trauma felt in the community is still very much there.
