Elon Musk offers to buy Twitter, says it needs to be transformed

The world's richest man wants to buy Twitter.
Elon Musk - who recently increased his stake in the social media platform to nine percent - has made a hostile bid for the company.
Twitter says it will 'carefully review' the 43-billion dollar offer.
