India: building fire in Delhi kills at least 27 people

At least 27 people have died and dozens more were injured in a huge fire in a commercial building in India’s capital, Delhi. The four-storey building had no clearance from the fire department and was not equipped with fire safety equipment. The cause of the blaze was not immediately clear. Police say they have arrested two owners of the company
